Pricing
Two pricing surfaces: a self-serve subscription for direct customers up to 5,000 identifications a month, and a negotiated rate card for enterprise volumes beyond that. Partner / white-label resellers buy at the same rate card and charge their end-customers whatever they want.
How identifications are counted. Warm AI returns two kinds of identification: company-level (everywhere) and person-level (US visitors only, via RB2B). Company-level matches debit 1 ID from your quota; person-level matches debit 2 IDs. See Subscription model → Person-level identification for the full explanation + a worked example.
Self-serve subscription
Pick a band based on your expected monthly identification volume. Annual billing is 30% off the monthly rate, charged upfront.

The 250 band (£179/mo) is the most popular for early-stage teams. The 1,000 band typically maps to a single B2B site doing organic + paid acquisition.

Top-up packs
Run out mid-period? Buy a one-off top-up pack. They never expire and roll over indefinitely until used.

At checkout you can buy up to 50 packs per transaction. Top-up IDs are consumed only after your subscription quota is exhausted.
Top-up rates sit above every subscription tier’s per-ID price. If you’re topping up regularly, upgrading your plan is materially cheaper.

Enterprise
For volumes above 5,000 IDs / month, pricing moves to a custom contract with a negotiated £/ID rate:

Partner / white-label
If you want to embed Warm AI inside your own product and resell to your customers, see the Partner API. You provision each customer via API, mint their key, and bill them at whatever rate you choose — Warm AI bills you the wholesale rate per identification across all your customers.
Free trial
Every new account starts on a trial subscription with a fixed ID quota. No card required. When the quota is hit or the trial expires, identification pauses until you pick a plan. Tracking and session data continue regardless — no visitor data is lost.
Other
- VAT — not currently charged. We’ll notify all customers before adding tax.
- Currency — all prices are in GBP.
- Bot / VPN / hosting traffic — detected for free and never counted toward your quota.
